BPC-157

Overview

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic peptide based on a fragment of a protein naturally found in human gastric juice, where it’s thought to help protect and heal the lining of the gut. It’s one of the most widely discussed peptides in recovery-focused research, with studies pointing to effects on tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing, along with anti-inflammatory and angiogenic (blood vessel-forming) properties. It’s frequently paired with TB-500 for injury recovery, and is one of the few peptides used both systemically (injected) and orally for gut-specific effects.
