CJC-1295

Overview

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Unlike the body’s natural GHRH, which is cleared quickly, CJC-1295 is modified for a longer half-life, so it keeps signaling the pituitary to release growth hormone over an extended window. It’s commonly discussed alongside a GHRP such as Ipamorelin, since the two work through different receptors and are thought to complement each other.

It’s sold in two forms that are often confused: “with DAC” (Drug Affinity Complex), which binds to blood proteins and extends its activity over several days, and “without DAC” (sometimes labeled Mod GRF 1-29) which clears much faster and behaves more like natural GHRH.
