Ipamorelin

Overview

Ipamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that works by mimicking ghrelin, prompting the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. Compared to older GHRPs, it’s generally noted for being more selective, producing less of a spike in cortisol, prolactin, and appetite that some other secretagogues in this category cause.
