Kisspeptin

Overview

Kisspeptin sits at the top of the hormonal cascade that controls reproduction: it triggers the release of GnRH, which in turn drives the downstream hormones responsible for fertility and sexual function in both sexes. That upstream role is what separates it from PT-141, which acts on arousal through a different, more direct neurological pathway.
