Semax

Overview

Semax is a synthetic peptide developed from a fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), modified so it acts on the brain rather than the adrenal system ACTH normally signals to. It has a long research history, primarily out of Russia, where it’s been studied for effects on memory, attention, and recovery after brain injury.
